11 Savory Salads to Fill Your Veggie Quota and Actually Enjoy It

Salads that are Keto-Friendly

While its great to enjoy the bacon and butter part of the Ketogenic diet, it is so very important to still eat a well-balanced diet and get your veggies in each and every day. Lots of salads with different toppings are a quick, easy way to pack in the flavor and as long as there is enough fat then you’ll stay full until your next meal. Great fat additions are different types of cheese, bacon, sour cream, oil as a dressing, avocados, black olives, or a few nuts sprinkled on top.

Buffalo chicken can be incorporated into your keto life in a number of different ways from dips, to inside lettuce wraps, or as a casserole, but this recipe adds to top a salad which leaves you with a flavorful salad with a mix of heat from the hot sauce and cool creaminess of the bleu cheese. The best part is, you can mix up a batch of buffalo flavored chicken and eat it one day on a salad and another day mix it with bleu cheese dressing and eat it as a dip with celery sticks. Yum!
