  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
  • ⅓ cup Swerve Confectioners sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • red food coloring
  • blue food coloring
  1. In a saucepan over medium-high heat add in your heavy whipping cream and butter. Stir occasionally until the butter is fully melted.
  2. Whisk in ⅓ cup of Swerve Confectioner Sugar Substitute and mix until well combined.
  3. Next, add in your vanilla extract, and stir the fudge until it becomes thicker.
  4. Remove from heat once thickened and pour almost all but around ¼ cup of the fudge into a parchment lined loaf pan.
  5. Take the remaining fudge you held back, and split into two bowls. Add red food coloring to one and blue to the other and stir.
  6. Now you want to drizzle the colored fudge over the white fudge and with a knife swirl it.
  7. Place in the freezer for up to three hours or until it is hardened.
  8. Slice into 8 pieces and serve.
