Big Mac Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 bunches of scallions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup thousand island dressing (use a brand that is low in carbs and sugar or make your own)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large skillet add the ground beef, chopped scallions, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Cook over medium heat until the meat is browned.
  4. Drain the excess grease from the meat.
  5. Add the beef mixture to a greased casserole dish and mix in one cup cheddar cheese, one cup mozzarella cheese, ½ cup thousand island dressing.
  6. Flatten the mixture in the casserole dish.
  7. Top with the remaining one cup of cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degree Fahrenheit and broil on high for 5 minutes.
  9. Place the casserole on top of shredded lettuce, add tomatoes, pickles, and drizzle with thousand island dressing.
