Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Swerve or granulated sugar sweetener

Instructions
 

  • In a blender combine eggs, cream cheese, cinnamon, and Swerve (or any granulated sugar substitute).
  • Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
  • Then let set two minutes for any bubbles to settle.
  • The batter is complete, pour into a hot pan or griddle to make your pancakes!
