First you want to chop the Swiss cheese into little squares.
Then chop the pastrami or corned beef into slightly large squares.
Chop the cabbage into longer rectangular pieces.
Combine the cheese, pastrami, and cabbage in a large mixing bowl.
For the homemade Russian dressing in a small mixing bowl combine the mayo, sugar free ketchup, diced pickles, salt, pepper, and Apple Cider Vinegar. Mix together well.
