Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon coconut flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch of stevia extract powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your waffle maker.
  • In a bowl add the egg, cocoa powder, stevia, coconut flour, baking powder, heavy whipping cream whisk it together.
  • Pour the batter in the waffle maker and cook until ready (the time varies depending on your waffle maker).
  • Let it cool off for about 3 minutes, it will get firmer.
