Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • cup Swerve Confectioners sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • red food coloring
  • blue food coloring

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat add in your heavy whipping cream and butter. Stir occasionally until the butter is fully melted.
  • Whisk in 1/3 cup of Swerve Confectioner Sugar Substitute and mix until well combined.
  • Next, add in your vanilla extract, and stir the fudge until it becomes thicker.
  • Remove from heat once thickened and pour almost all but around 1/4 cup of the fudge into a parchment lined loaf pan.
  • Take the remaining fudge you held back, and split into two bowls. Add red food coloring to one and blue to the other and stir.
  • Now you want to drizzle the colored fudge over the white fudge and with a knife swirl it.
  • Place in the freezer for up to three hours or until it is hardened.
  • Slice into 8 pieces and serve.
