Keto Cheesy Green Chile Chicken

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 4 ounce cans of chopped green chiles
  • 1 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a medium mixing bowl combine the softened cream cheese, drained cans of chopped green chiles, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Using a mixer mix the mixture until it is well combined.
  • Place four chicken breasts in a greased casserole dish.
  • Layer the cream cheese and green chile mixture on top of the chicken.
  • Next add the monterey jack cheese on top of the chicken and cream cheese mixture.
  • Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 375 degrees Farnheit for at least one hour or until the chicken is cooked through.
