Keto Buffalo Pasta For Egg Fast

Ingredients
  

  • For the noodles:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic or garlic powder
  • 1.5 ounces cream cheese
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ounce mascarpone
  • 1 teaspoon buffalo sauce

Instructions
 

  • How to make the noodles: First reheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Grease a 8x8 pan extremely well. You definitely want to pay attention to this step otherwise it can be hard to get the "noodles” out in one sheet.
  • Then in a blender combine two eggs, garlic, cream cheese, and black pepper. Blend until the mixture is well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the sheet pan.
  • Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 9 minutes or until the eggs are done. Remove from oven.
  • Using a spatula carefully remove the mixture from the pan so you have a solid sheet of noodles.
  • Then carefully roll up. Cut into pieces, as thin or wide as you prefer for your noodles. Unroll the noodles after they are cut.
  • Now to make the sauce: Add the butter, Parmesan cheese, Mascarpone, and buffalo size to a small microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave in thirty second increments, whisking in between.
  • Once the sauce is melted and whisked. Toss and carefully add to the noodles!
