Keto Peanut Butter Chocolates

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons keto friendly sugar substitute
  • 1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • In a medium microwave safe bowl combine the peanut butter, butter, and coconut oil.
  • In the microwave melt in 30 second increments, stirring after each, until the peanut butter, butter, and coconut oil mixture is completely melted.
  • In a small bowl mix together cocoa powder, peanut butter protein powder, cinnamon, and sugar substitute.
  • Add into bowl of melted ingredients. Stir and mix well until the mixture is completely combined.
  • Pour mixture into a silicone mold (the chocolates are easier to remove from silicone molds).
  • Freeze for at least one hour to set.
  • Pop the chocolates out of the silicone molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
