This easy Big Mac casserole recipe is Keto friendly and low carb – plus it’s so easy and dare I say way better than the real deal. I am always looking for low carb and Keto recipes that are kids friendly – it is a must. My family and kids approved of this recipe and it’s great for leftovers too. I love that this recipe doesn’t have any fast food additives and can be made fresh too.

How to make this tasty keto and low carb casserole:
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Then in a large skillet add the ground beef, chopped scallions, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium heat until the meat is browned.
Once the meat is cooked, drain the excess grease from it.
Add the beef mixture to a greased casserole dish.
Mix in one cup cheddar cheese, one cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup thousand island dressing. For the thousand island dressing you can do what I did and use a brand that is low in carbs and sugar OR you can make your own – check out this recipe.
Flatten the mixture in the casserole dish. Top with the remaining one cup of cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degree Fahrenheit and broil on high for 5 minutes.
Place the casserole on top of shredded lettuce, add tomatoes, pickles, and drizzle with thousand island dressing. Enjoy this healthy and fast casserole.
