My entire family goes crazy for these pancakes. Top with your favorite sugar free syrup and you have a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This recipe can also be made into waffles – so that’s another plus. There is no flour in this recipe, so they don’t get fluffy it’s more of a crepe style pancake. However these are egg fast approved!
How to make the low carb pancakes:
In a blender combine eggs, cream cheese, cinnamon, and Swerve (or any granulated sugar substitute). Blend until the mixture is completely smooth. Then let set two minutes for any bubbles to settle. The batter is complete, pour into a hot pan or griddle to make your pancakes!
