This Keto and low carb sliders with bun recipe is a staple in my house. It’s a great party recipe that everyone always loves and just perfect when you are craving a cheeseburger. The burgers can be made on the stove top or on the grill in the summer time!
Keto Sliders with Bun Recipe

You will want to preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Then mix the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir the mixture and then microwave again on high for 30 seconds, the result should be a gooey sticky dough like.
In a separate bowl, you will whisk the almond meal, flaxseed, salt, and baking powder.
Add the melted cheese mixture and egg to the dry ingredients previously combined, stir with a rubber spatula.
Knead the dough with your hand until all the ingredients are well combined, about 1 minute. If at any point your dough becomes hard, microwave it for 20 seconds, it is important to be careful not to overcook it.
Wet your hands with water or oil, with the dough, make 6 balls of the same size. Place them on top of the parchment paper previously prepared. Carefully flatten them a just a little bit and top with the everything but the bagel seasoning.
Bake for 12 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit, then broil on low for another 2 minutes.

While the buns are in the oven, you can quickly whip up the patties.
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients for the patties. You will then shape into six, approximately one inch thick patties. Spray a large skillet with oil and cook them in the stovetop on medium heat for about 5 minutes each side.
Once the buns are ready, remove from the oven and let them cool for at least 5 minutes.
With a bread knife slice the buns in halves, sideways. Assemble the sliders starting with the turkey patties, followed by cheese and arugula. Serve warm.

- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of paprika

- 1 cup fresh arugula
- 3 mozzarella cheese slices cut in half
