How to make cheesy taco meatballs

First in a small bowl, combine all of the spices together along with salt and pepper to taste.

Then in a larger mixing bowl, add the meat, one egg and the mixed seasoning. Continue to knead and toss together well with your hands until the ingredients are well blended. 

Using your hands form the meat mixture into 23 small meatballs, and flatten each one into the palm of your hand. 

Next fill the center of each flattened meatball with a small black of cheese, and then form the meat back around the cheese so that it is in the center of each enclosed meatball. (You want to make sure that you from the meat tightly around the cheese, so it doesn’t leak into the pan.)
