Deviled eggs are a classic. I can remember growing up we would have them at every family function. They are kind of my favorite and I can eat way to many of them. You can make this Keto best deviled eggs recipe with or without bacon, and you can even meal prep and stash them in the fridge for a quick + easy meal or snack.
How to make this yummy recipe:
First you want to start with a dozen hardboiled eggs, that have been cooled and peeled.
Next cut each hard-boiled egg in half. Scoop the yolks out into a bowl, leaving the whites intact.
To the bowl with the yolks, add the mayo, dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir or beat together until the mixture is well-combined.
Finally spoon or pipe the yolk filling into the egg whites and sprinkle on the fresh parsley.
If you want to top the eggs with bacon, simply crisp and crumble 1 slice of bacon and sprinkle that on top.
This recipe is great for meal prep too: Make these deviled eggs up to 5 days in advance and keep them stored in a covered container in the fridge for a quick meal or snack!

- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
